Ontario Rent Discount Calculator

Estimate whether a rent discount fits one of Ontario's rent-discount rules, or whether it may lower the lawful monthly rent used for future rent calculations.

This calculator is based on Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 section 111 and Ontario Regulation 516/06 sections 10 to 12. It is an estimate, not legal advice or a Landlord and Tenant Board decision.
